L Clinic, Beirut is an example of our healthcare lighting design philosophy. We created a fresh health clinic atmosphere that is both modern and soothing, emphasizing effective use of light with varied lighting intensity only where required. The reception features advanced ambiance lighting that puts patients at ease, square slots with indirect lighting for base illumination in the offices, complemented by hidden projectors providing accent lighting on working surfaces. Every fixture is selected for its superior Color Rendering Index (CRI ≥ 90) to ensure precise color perception— a prerequisite in medical environments.

Luxury boutiques and large-scale shopping environments demonstrate precision optical performance: Gucci features black minimalistic covers with highly flexible rotatable spots offering maximum eye comfort and surge protection up to 20kV. Yves Saint Laurent and Miu Miu have recessed low-glare fixtures with trimless, made-to-measure profiles creating slender light lines, equipped with tool-free maintenance access. Jaune incorporates linear strips providing uniform lighting for tall wall spaces up to 4.5 meters with superior visual comfort.

Our residential portfolio features luxury lighting design across key properties in Dubai and Beirut, focusing on minimal, structurally integrated LED modules with CRI that employ extruded aluminum and CNC-machined components to blend seamlessly with contemporary architecture and offer pristine color rendering with high energy efficiency.
Take the Dubai Penthouse for example, it features CNC-machined components with extruded aluminum outlines, while the Palm Jumeirah Villa highlights durable outdoor Qualicoat certified medium beam uplights with UV-resistant powder coating.
For interior spaces like the Solidere, precisely aimed projectors are secured to light vast reception areas for a boutique ambiance; and the Saifi Apartment exemplifies a multi-layered approach combining ambient, accent, and decorative lighting with tight color consistency to create sophisticated pockets of illumination and shade.

Given its proximity to the sea, we utilised double-coated, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant materials with IP67/IP68 protection rating to withstand the coastal environment. Our unconventional lighting design concept featured minimal use of poles throughout the hotel. Car roads are internally lit with ornamental bollards spaced out along pedestrian paths and gardens to create a warm climate for residents.
The buildings themselves are illuminated with light from ground to roof —a perfect example of Dark Sky compliant optics with 0% upward light emission. High-efficient LED luminaires with luminous efficacy up to 160 lm/W were installed to address intermittent power issues while respecting nature's color palette.
As for the large walkway of the marina, underwater projectors placed in rocks illuminate the sea brightly and clearly at night, transforming what would be darkness into a shimmering attraction.
